With that in mind, Myrtle Beach Transportation has a very simple cancellation policy: regardless of whether you made your reservation online, using our mobile applications, or via our 1-843-449-4445 number, just give us 24 hours notice prior to your pickup time and we will give you a full refund using the website, mobile website, and the official mobile apps. Refunds normally show up on your account within 3-5 business days.

Unfortunately, Myrtle Beach Transportation cannot refund payment if cancelled with less than 24 hour notice prior to scheduled pickup time or in the event of a no-show.
